As for buyers, JANN will provide latest market information on what are the latest developments in the market, range of market asking prices, recent transacted prices supported with valuation obtained from our panel bankers, potential capital appreciation and rental yield in order to help buyers making a wise decision in their property investment or home search.
In JANN, we have a specialized division who are just focusing in providing expertise, skills and information for corporate tenants for their home search. JANN is one of the appointed panel agents for various corporate bodies i.e. Shell, IBM, Philip Morris, Schlumberger, Worley Parsons, AIG, Alstom and many others.
JANN believes hassle free and peace of mind are two very important aspects among landlords who have rented out their properties especially foreign landlords who are unable to attend to tenant’s problems or requests as they are distance away. So, we extended this service to solve landlords problems on their rented properties.
In JANN, we are supported by a group of negotiators who have expertise in various areas, i.e. project marketing, banking, quantity surveying, property development, property management, Internet advertisement and etc. These are expertise that can be channel together to achieve outstanding performance in project marketing.
